Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) will host an open house on Wednesday, September 13 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. The event will take place at its Lincoln County facility located at 245 College Campus Dr. in Moscow Mills, Mo.
Guests will enjoy a production floor tour along with light refreshments. Representatives from the agency’s Skills Center will be available to discuss competitive, integrated employment services and vocational training programs. Sales and operations representatives will also be there to discuss BCI’s co-packing and light manufacturing capabilities.
With packaging facilities in St. Charles and Lincoln counties employing 235, along with its employment services division and vocational training center, BCI is Missouri’s second-largest extended employment agency for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The agency is also one of the state’s highest performers for overall employment success.
All BCI facilities are compliant with International Organization for Standardization and Current Good Manufacturing Practice standards. However, the Lincoln County plant is also Safe Quality Food compliant and registered with the Food and Drug Administration for the secondary packaging and labeling of medical devices, foods, and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
